Target Audience

Our target audience for the IBAT College Dublin influencer marketing campaign comprises female students and professionals aged 25-45+ who are interested in pursuing technical disciplines. We have chosen this audience due to the current underrepresentation of women in technical fields, and our strong belief in promoting diversity and inclusion in higher education. We believe women can change careers at anytime in their life so we offer courses to older audiences as well. We aim to empower and inspire this demographic by showcasing the exceptional opportunities available to them at IBAT College Dublin, and ultimately contribute to closing the gender gap in technology-related disciplines.

1. Static Posts: Influencers will be compensated a flat fee of £250 per static post.
2. Reels: Influencers will receive £500 per reel, with an additional bonus of £100 if the reel surpasses 10,000 views.
3. Short-term content: For a series of three posts within a one-month period, influencers will receive a total of £750.
4. Long-term content: For a six-month collaboration with a minimum of one post per month, influencers will receive a monthly retainer of £1,000.

Payment Options

Influencers will have the option to choose between two payment structures:

1. Per Post: Influencers will be paid for each piece of content produced, with additional bonuses based on engagement and performance metrics.

2. Performance-based payment: influencers can opt for a payment structure where a portion of their earnings is based on the results of their content, such as the number of new student inquiries, website visits, or social media followers generated from their posts.

Regardless of the chosen payment structure, we believe in providing fair competitive compensations for our influencer partners.
